Sedan, SUV or Sprinter Van? Choosing the Right Airport Transportation
The right airport vehicle is determined by more than the number of available seats. Passenger comfort, checked bags, carry-ons, car seats, strollers and special equipment all affect which option will work well on travel day.

When an executive sedan makes sense
An executive sedan is often a comfortable choice for one or two travelers with standard luggage. It suits corporate travelers, couples and individual airport trips where a quiet ride and efficient pickup matter more than maximum cargo capacity.
A sedan may not be the right option when passengers have several large suitcases, golf clubs, a stroller or bulky equipment. Describe the luggage honestly instead of choosing only by passenger count.
Why families and small groups often choose an SUV
A full-size black SUV gives families and small groups additional seating and cargo flexibility. It is well suited to airport transfers, cruise travel and longer trips where passengers have checked bags and carry-ons.
Car seats also influence usable seating. Tell the transportation provider how many seats are needed and the age or size of each child. Wright Executive Transportation offers car seats by advance request at no additional charge, subject to availability.
When a Sprinter van is the better solution
Sprinter vans are useful for larger parties, corporate groups, wedding transportation and travelers carrying substantial luggage. Keeping everyone in one planned vehicle can simplify communication and reduce the risk of part of the group arriving separately.
Vehicle configurations vary, so passenger and luggage capacity should always be confirmed for the specific trip. Do not assume that every seat can be occupied when every traveler also has a large suitcase.
Use a complete passenger-and-bag count
Before requesting a quote, count adults, children, checked suitcases, carry-ons, strollers, wheelchairs, golf clubs and other large items. Mention any covered luggage-hitch requirements, accessibility considerations or extra stops.
This information allows the transportation company to recommend a practical option instead of discovering a space issue at the curb.
Match the vehicle to the whole trip
Consider the distance, number of stops and purpose of travel. A sedan may be ideal for an executive traveling from TPA to a downtown meeting. An SUV may suit a family going to Clearwater Beach, while a Sprinter can be more appropriate for a conference group or cruise party.
Wright Executive Transportation can arrange executive sedans, black SUVs and Sprinter vans according to availability and trip requirements.
